Been using this for a week and it's a good dispenser at a good price with a few minor constructive comments:

1) The top is hard to pop back on once you take it off because you have to fit it on very precisely. You''ll know what I mean when you try it.

2) If you don't position the rubber o-rings correctly at the spout, it will leak.

It looks great but it is cheap. I had to pile books on the lid to get it to fit the dispenser. Then the plastic spigot broke first time out. It was made of the cheapest plastic ever. Then I could not find a replacement for the spigot or even get a hold of someone from the company. The spigot must be a problem because they had an auotmatic message to get a replacement. I decide I am taking it back.

I love the beverage dispenser but I was shocked when I saw the spigot. It is made of the very cheapest plastic that is used on the very cheapest toy you can possibly imagine. I bought it for a party and there was no doubt in my mind that the spigot would break that night. Viola!!! The spigot broke and I had to return the Dispenser, which is a shame, because the dispenser is very nice. Why not make a spigot from metal instead of cheap plastic? Then consumers will be able to keep and continue to get good use out of the dispenser. Quality is a good thing.
